CAMBOS

The first blockchain project in Korea, BOScoin has launched its blockchain campus program, CAMBOS. The launch was officially announced in a launching ceremony with the first group of participants of the CAMBOS platform.

CAMBOS

CAMBOS is designed to provide college students with the all that is needed to master blockchain technology as well to have first-hand experience working in a real-life blockchain business.

The first set of selected participants will engage in numerous team-based activities cutting across several topics such as marketing, programming, and branding. This will commence by January 2019, and it is expected to last for about five months. The students will be provided with pocket money and their activities will be properly monitored during the period.

CAMBOS will also be hosting several lectures in which external experts will be brought in to teach. Each team will also be giving topics on different projects and are expected to give a presentation on each topic given.

The students taking part in the program, have expressed how delighted they are with the initiative.

Ji-ha Chung, an economics major at Seoul University, stated that:
“I’d like to learn the dynamics of the field which cannot be learned from school by participating in BOScoin’s CAMBOS activities and play a role to increase interest in blockchain and networking potential through collective intelligence with my peers who will lead the changes together.”

A CAMBOS Spokesperson has also stated that:
“The 4th industrial revolution is upon us, and BOScoin has created a program for the first time in the industry that offers college students the opportunity to obtain knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrency. I expect this will also serve as an opportunity for BOScoin to get closer to the general public through creative ideas from the students,”

Asia is not Yet Doomed

Asia has always been known to be the number one region in terms of cryptocurrency market capitalization. With so many projects coming out the continent despite the serious ban put in place by the countries in the region, Asian could easily still maintain its market share.
