According to a recent report, Greenspoon Marder has revealed that it now has a Technology Transactions, Blockchain, and Digital Technology group. Katya Fisher who is expected to join the company’s office in Miami is expected to be in charge of the new venture.
Significance of the New Group
The role of the Blockchain, Digital Assets & Technology Transactions practice group include the issuance of advice on Blockchain and related matters to the firm’s customers worldwide.
