Crypto Retailer Bittreo Launches Software for Creating a Crypto Brokerage
According to a recent report, retail virtual currency brokerage, Bittreo which is based in Vancouver has revealed that it will start offering crypto brokerage software service in June. This new service which is a form of SaaS (Software as a Service) is expected to help to reduce the stress involved in the process of starting a retail crypto brokerage worldwide.
Bittreo’s New SaaS Could be a Game Changer
While highlighting the advantages of owning a physical location, a Co-founder of Bittreo, Yum Kasukawa said that:
“This is a game-changer for global crypto adoption. The main obstacles facing the mainstream adoption of cryptocurrencies are a lack of trust and difficult access. Our physical location where investors can transact face to face with trusted professionals solves both of those problems.”
“By using our software, we can empower entrepreneurs to start their own retail crypto locations, anywhere in the world. We envision thousands of businesses using our software across the globe providing access to a trusted source for cryptocurrency to millions of customers.” He continued.
Features available on the Bittreo software includes the ability to carry out trades in real time, connect a host of companies through API, automate receipts, manage the responsibilities of users and permissions, keep customers’ information, perform extensive business intelligence reporting, and record transactions.
Although for traditional industries, this is the standard for software platforms like currency exchanges, this is something new in the crypto industry.
Bittreo was established in 2017 and it has since been operating a highly successful test location in Vancouver, BC, and the SaaS was built on the first-hand experience of Bittreo. Bittreo had a retail sales of $20 million in 2018 at its present location.
Another Co-founder of Bittreo, Malcolm Weed while explaining how high the response has been since the platform was founded said that:
