Revolut has Crossed its Milestone of 3million User

Revolut, a blockchain banking solution provider, which was established the year 2015 has recently announced that it has crossed its milestone of three million users. Revolut currently offers payment and exchange services for a growing number of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies has grown into an astute rival of the traditional banking systems.

The company broke the news of its milestone crossing via a tweet which was made from the company’s official account. The tweet stated that:
“Three years ago, banks and investors laughed at us. Today, we have signed up three million customers and no one is laughing now. Thank you!”

Metal Debit Card

Revolut launched Metal, a new debit card, that offers support for some of the leading digital coins, three months ago. The debit card has become the company’s premium service. Since the news broke, fans of the company have pointed to the card as the driving force behind the rapid growth the company witnessed these pasts months.

The Revolut Metal is available for a monthly fee of €13.99 with some unique features such, a free U.K. current account, an IBAN account for euros, as well as an unlimited exchange in 24 fiat currencies.

The card users can transact using five cryptocurrencies. These cryptos are Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Bitcoin Core (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Ripple (XRP). Users of the card have also the opportunity to spend over 150 currencies at the interbank exchange rate. The user of the card also gets to enjoy fee-free ATM withdrawals of up to €600 per month.

All these features have played a major role towards pushing the card into a mainstream audience. The fact that Revolut offers the same service as traditional banks at a relatively cheaper rate also noteworthy. With the rate at which the platform is growing, it is likely to reach a user base of at least 10 million users before the end of 2019.
