Gemini has Launched a Mobile App for its Exchange
Gemini a popular U.S cryptocurrency exchange has recently launched a mobile app version of its platform. This news is coming at a time whereby the market is in a continuous downtrend.
Gemini App is Live on iOS and Google Play
The launching of the mobile App was made known via a recent blog post, made by the co-founder and CEO of the crypto exchange— Tyler Winklevoss.
In the blog post, Tyler made it known that the app is live and can be downloaded on iOS and Google Play.
This initiative by the popular U.S based crypto exchange has further placed the exchange, in the league of other top-ranking exchanges like
Through the development of the app, users of the exchange will have the opportunity of buying and selling cryptos on the go, as well as track their crypto portfolio price alert provider, and as a pseudo-wallet.
The new app is also integrated with a newly launched feature called “Buy TheCryptoverse, ”. This new feature makes it possible for traders to “issue basket buy/sell orders for all cryptocurrencies listed on Gemini, weighed by relative market capitalization.”
On the Google Play, the app has so far been downloaded more than 500 times since the official announcement was released earlier today. Since the App is still in its early stages this number is expected to skyrocket before the week comes to an end.
The Future
Tyler has also commented on the future of the exchange, and how the App will play a major role in that.
He wrote that:
